Biographie
Hamid Khayar Oumar Defallah is the founder of Chad Innovation, a pioneering incubator based in N’Djamena that connects young people to emerging technologies, entrepreneurship, and digital citizenship. He also heads the National Agency for Digital Transition of Chad, where he works to make digital transformation inclusive and adapted to local realities. An ambassador for Civic Tech in Central Africa and the winner of several pan-African awards, he promotes frugal innovation, rooted in local communities and human-centred.
