Printemps numérique is pleased to announce the official artistic program of MTL connect – Montreal’s Digital Week, from October 15 to 18, 2024. The central theme of this event, METAMORPHOSIS, embodies the idea of profound transformation. It is ever-present in nature and mythology, but it also resonates particularly in the field of the arts, and even more so in digital arts.
Join us and discover the work of leading thinkers, creators, and artists as part of MTL connect’s “Culture and Creativity” theme.

As part of the overall MTL connect 2024 program, conferences, workshops, and panels will take place around the theme Culture and Creativity:
WORKSHOP: How to share immersive digital music?
Wednesday, October 16, from 9:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m., with Réjean Beaucage and Marie Anne Bérard. Presentation of Akousma, a festival dedicated to electroacoustic music.
CONFERENCE: Art Center Nabi [South Korea]
Wednesday, October 16, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., with Soh Yeong Roh.
PANEL: Perspectives from AI practitioners on the future of creation and digital design, presented by NAD-UQAC.

The exhibition, overseen by the Mimesis laboratory of NAD-UQAC, showcases the work of students in the Master’s program in Digital Arts. The works explore the relationship between humans and space, time, and narrative.
