The France-Québec Meeting is a collaboration between the Québec Ministry of Culture and Communications, the French Ministry of Culture, and Printemps numérique. This event stems from the strategy resulting from the Franco-Québécois Mission on the Online Discoverability of Francophone Cultural Content, the results of which were unveiled in November 2020.

This joint strategy outlines ways to promote Francophone cultural content and thus ensure a diversity of cultural expressions in the digital environment.
