As part of the 6th edition of MTL connect: Montreal’s Digital Week, which will take place from October 15 to 18, 2024, Printemps numérique (PN) is back with the Explore MTL connect accessibility program. This free program aims to democratize digital issues and make knowledge about the evolution and impact of technologies accessible.
Completely free, Explore MTL connect is an online program aimed at young people aged 18 to 35 from developing countries with training or an interest in future technologies. Program participants have access to MTL connect’s online content as well as resources specifically designed for them.
In 2023, 3,007 participants from 45 developing countries registered for the program. 1,166 were young women.

Are you an incubator, a university, an association, or an institution offering professional and technical training? Do you work with a pool of stakeholders interested in digital transformation? Are you based in the targeted countries (developing countries in Asia, Africa, Latin America, or the Caribbean)? This call is for you! Become a partner of the accessibility program by promoting this opportunity within your network.
As a partner, you position yourself as an organization that promotes inclusive digital practices and will benefit from visibility within our community and among our participants. In 2023, MTL connect recorded over 10,000 online and in-person participations.

Participants who wish to register for the accessibility program must meet the following criteria:
- Be aged between 18 and 35;
- Be an entrepreneur, student, or researcher;
- Have an interest in digital technology, AI-related technologies, cybersecurity, culture and creativity, and/or education;
- Come from a developing country (in Asia, Africa, Latin America, or the Caribbean).

PN wishes to continue promoting an inclusive society and emphasize the importance of ensuring that people from all backgrounds, particularly young emerging talents, can participate in major international events like MTL connect.
