For the 4th consecutive year, Printemps numérique will present the MTL Tech awards during its annual event MTL connect, which will take place from October 10 to 13, 2023. On this occasion, the Youth Digital Literacy Award will be presented. Schools, institutions, organizations and companies that have launched or continued initiatives aimed at developing the digital skills of young Quebecers are invited to submit their applications.
The Youth Digital Literacy Award aims to reward digital literacy initiatives in the fields of education, citizenship and culture.
By participating in the competition, you are already winners:
- Receive 5 free online passes (value of $475): 1 for you and 4 for your colleagues and partners.
- Finalists will receive a free full access pass (value of $499) and a virtual booth on the event’s online platform.

Important dates:
- Thursday, July 13, 2023 – 11:59 p.m. (EST): deadline to submit your application via the form
- Tuesday, September 19, 2023: announcement of finalists
- Tuesday, October 10, 2023: finalists’ presentations to the jury and an audience of industry professionals on the main stage of MTL connect (at NAD School, Montreal)
- Thursday, October 12, 2023: ceremony and award presentation live on the main stage of MTL connect (at NAD School, Montreal)
Eligibility requirements:
- Participate as a company, institution, organization or school;
- Work, among other things, with a youth audience in Quebec;
- Present a digital literacy project in one of the following sectors: education, citizenship or culture.
