The MTL connect showcase: call for participation

Present your innovation or technology need

MTL connect invites intrapreneurs, SME managers or project leaders, and entrepreneurs to come and present their innovation or technology need in person to a community of participants, investors, collaborators, and partners on October 17, 2022.

These presentations must align with the central theme of ÉCO(Systèmes) d’Espoir. Companies and entrepreneurs are invited to demonstrate their commitment to a desirable digital future—one that is ecologically sound, ethical, or has a positive social impact.

TWO PARTICIPATION OPTIONS:

1. Present your technological innovation
If you have a technological innovation or a new vision for technology, MTL connect wants to give you the opportunity to present what makes your offering different.

2. Present your technology need
If you want to discover a solution, a new approach to a problem, or an improvement need you have, come present your need during MTL connect.

4 reasons to participate in La Vitrine MTL connect:

• Showcase your organization to local and international digital stakeholders (38% of MTL connect’s overall participation comes from abroad)

Selection and participation criteria:

• The project, technological innovation, and/or service must:
  – align with the central theme of ÉCO(Systèmes) d’Espoir and one of the 6 themes;
  – align with a vision that promotes a desirable, ecological, ethical digital future or one with a positive social impact;
  – have been carried out by an entrepreneur or within a startup or SME.
• If you are selected, a participation fee of $150 will be required to take part in La Vitrine MTL connect (in-person access on Monday) and benefit from full virtual access and the visibility offered (your company’s presence on the event’s virtual platform).
