Good news! Printemps numérique and Women in Tech, by co-presenting the Women in Tech for Good Award, are offering women in leadership positions the opportunity to participate in the MTL Tech Awards as part of MTL connect: Montreal’s Digital Week, from October 12 to 17, 2021.
Printemps numérique and Women in Tech invite women in leadership positions within a company, association, or as investors who place societal impact at the heart of economic growth through technology to present their leadership experiences to an international jury at the MTL Tech Awards. The winner of this award will also be celebrated at the Global Awards in November 2021.
The goal of this Award is to promote female leadership in impact technologies. Women’s participation in the technology sector is essential for a fair and equal future. The use of technology is also an essential vector for improving the well-being of humanity and the planet.
The Women in Tech for Good Award joins the two previously announced Awards:
1. WOMEN IN TECH FOR GOOD: Promote models of female leadership in impactful organizations and companies through technology.
2. INNOVATION: Highlight disruptive products and innovations that will change tomorrow’s habits.
3. DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION: Present and share digital transformation projects carried out by change agents within an organization.
Conditions:
- Participate as an entrepreneur or project leader in one of the following categories: Startup, SME, or Large Company
- For the Women in Tech for Good Award, participate as a woman in a leadership position working in a company, association, or as an investor placing societal impact at the heart of economic growth through new technologies and digital tools.
- Submit your project under one of the themes of MTL connect – 2021 edition.
By participating in the competition, you are already a winner:
- Maximize your visibility throughout the event
- Be featured on the main stage of the event
- Showcase your innovation or digital transformation project
- As a finalist, receive a virtual booth on the event’s online platform
- Get a free Full Access pass as soon as you submit your application

Important Dates:
- Fill out the form online by July 31, 2021, at midnight (EST)
- Finalists announced on September 1, 2021 (EST)
- Finalists must submit a presentation video of their innovation or project by October 3, 2021, at midnight (EST)
- Award ceremony live on the main stage of MTL connect on October 15, 2021 (EST)
