Printemps numérique (PN) wishes to promote an inclusive digital future by encouraging the participation of young people from all backgrounds in major events like MTL connecte. Through the Explore MTL connecte accessibility program, Printemps numérique aims to create opportunities that strengthen ties between Quebec and the international community, while contributing to a lasting impact on economic development.
Explore MTL connecte is a free online program for young people aged 18 to 35 from developing countries who are interested in sharing their knowledge and consolidating their expertise in digital transformation.

For participants
Eligibility Criteria
Participants in the program must meet the following criteria:
- Be between 18 and 35 years old.
- Be an entrepreneur, university student, technical school student, or researcher.
- Have an interest in digital technologies related to AI, cybersecurity, culture and creativity, health, or digital education and inclusion.
- Come from a developing country (in Asia, Africa, Latin America, or the Caribbean).
