Montreal Digital Spring is a non-profit organization that aims to connect individuals, organizations and ideas to advance and spread digital intelligence. Acting on behalf of industries, communities and players on the local and international scene, Montreal Digital Spring is the vanguard actor that fosters connections by opening the horizons of digital progress.
As part of the digital activities and distribution of MTL connect: Montreal Digital Week on the Internet, Montreal Digital Spring uses the services of the company Swapcard to provide a digital platform and experience. 1.1 Participant registration information.
When you register to attend MTL connect: Montreal Digital Week, you must provide us with basic information such as your name, address, email address, phone number, age group. We also give you the opportunity to provide additional information that is useful for making connections between participants for networking purposes.
1.2 Payment and Credit Card Information.
When you purchase tickets to attend MTL connect: Montreal Digital Week, you must provide our ticketing provider, Weezevent, who performs the tasks necessary to complete the purchase transaction, with your name, address, phone number, email address, credit card, debit card, or banking information.

Call for participation
If you choose to apply to join us as a speaker or wish to become a partner of MTL connect: Montreal Digital Week, you will need to fill out an application including your name and contact information as well as any other information needed for review.
If your application is successful, you will be asked to share more personal data in order to participate in MTL connect: Montreal Digital Week.
Conference Survey Responses
We may ask you to participate in optional surveys about your MTL connect: Montreal Digital Week experience to help us improve the event.
Your requested information will be Last Name, First Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Company and Position held. We also give you the opportunity to provide additional information to help us improve the event in future editions.
